In a compact, single-package form factor and based on 96-layer BiCS FLASH™ 3D flash memory, the BG4 Series is designed for thin and light performance-oriented use cases, such as ultra-mobile PCs, IoT devices and data center server boot. Available in capacities up to 1 TB, this series features Host Memory Buffer (HMB), PCIe® Gen3 x4 interface and supports the NVMe™ command set.
