POWER UTP BALUN WT NETWORK

The Balun-PV5FM is a CAT-5 balun used to transmit video and power for CCTV cameras up to 1500 feet. The PV5FM is also known as a UTP balun because any UTP / STP cable / wire can be used with it (not necessarily CAT5). This video balun pair that allows a surveillance system installer to run a CCTV video signal up to 1500 feet. Please note that although this balun also supports transmitting pwer to cameras also, it is typically not realistic for DC power to run a distance of 1500 feet without voltage drop. The Balun-PV5FM is sold as a set which includes one power end with a male and the other with a female connector. PT-3 and PT-4 pigtail leads can be used to change the power plugs to positive and negative raw cable leads if needed.
